Came here twice while staying near Rue Cler. I don’t know what the bad reviews are on about; the crêpe griddle in front is actively used for take-away orders, and the table service was excellent. In fact, the reason we went back the second time was that the service was so good the first. We barely spoke a word of French, and the old manager/owner didn’t speak one bit of English, but he was friendly and funny and made us very comfortable. I had crepes with lemon juice and almond the first time, and banana and nutella the second. Both were hot and fresh. Good coffee, too. It’s actually a Greek place, so aside from crepes they have dishes like spanakopita, stuffed peppers, and baklava. We liked that the place was low-key and open-air, unlike the packed and noisy cafes a little farther up the street on Champ du Mars.

I remember these crepes as being sub-par but we were hungry for crepes and on the rue Cler. Surprised that the waiter did not go outside where the crêpe griddle was to get our food, rather, it came out of the kitchen. It appeared to be microwaved. FAIL.

Nice simple place, but underperforms. Food so-so. Service distracted. They get points for trying, but fall short on delivery. Too bad. I’d like to rate them better.
