Well-known restaurant for Bouillabaisse fish soup from Marseille. Ordered a seafood quiche which the waiter recommended. He was singing when he served it and after tasting it, I realized why he had to sing when he served. It was incredibly delicious, the best entry dish I’ve ever tasted in my life.

The white house wine was reasonably priced. … … … The specials of the day were practically inedible, overcooked fish. Greasy plates. Very tacky décor.

The Bristol Café is the restaurant and bar of Bristol Hotel. A few steps away from railway station, on the beautiful terrace you can choose between 3 menus which prices from 21.90 to 33.90EUR. Menu Freedom(29.90EUR) is an entry, main course, cheese and dessert. For example: A piece of salmon A plate of cheese(brie and blue) A nougat glossy red fruit. Everything is very good and the service is efficient and smily. Sure, the Bristol Café is part of the book gastronomy Reims.
