I highly recommend La Cave Nature. It is any idyllic place to experience delicious food in a quaint, historic setting. Set in a courtyard, the place is surrounded by older buildings and gardens, making for a peaceful and relaxed mood. All of the entrees are bruschettas, served over large slices of exquisitely baked, light bread. We had the crab and avocado, and a duck and liver versions, which were flavorful, fresh tasting, and delicious. The owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable in recommending a perfect wine(out of a very wide selection of all organic wines). We ended the evening with a strawberry soup dessert, consisting of fresh strawberries, a strawberry juice, mint and fresh whipped cream, along with cheese and berry preserve dish accompanied by macaroons. Everything was tasty, and everything struck the perfect balance between rich flavors and lightness. Our meals were healthful and rich at the same time. The setting, food, wine, and hospitality were all perfect. This is a wonderful restaurant.
