One word: EXPENSIVE! Three drinks costs me around $ 16. Maybe it’s just me and I’m used to the cheap prices in San Diego, but there’s nothing special about their drinks for it to cost so much. I’ll admit the boba is soft and chewy compared to other places, however it’s still not worth the price.

CONS: The workers were kind of rude especially when you’re still choosing what you want to buy(even though you aren’t in front of the register). There was definitely some attitude going on, which I thought was annoying. I do think it’s a bit overpriced. PROS: Aside from that, the decorations are interesting and the chalkboard area seems fun. They have a lot of flavors to choose from. I usually get the blended strawberry with tapioca, fortunately it always tastes good. I RECOMMEND: blended strawberry/purple oreo/honeydew — with tapioca

I love this place! I think it’s so neat that they seal the top of the drink and you have to use the pointed straw to bust it open. Also the flavored are fantastic! I recommend the fruitti delight if you aren’t keen on the traditional bubble tea. Imagine a smoothie with fruit in the bottom! So yummy!

I love milk tea, but I’d skip over this place. It’s a nice environment — clean and small; however, drinks are extremely pricey at the quality of it. You’re much better off finding a café to give you a bang for your buck like Infusion up the street or Storm Café in Tamuning(a lot cheaper). Prices are probably due to location but the tea isn’t great. In addition, it depends on who you get for customer service, but typically, teens to young adults are employed. The line moves slowly so don’t bother just«swinging by quickly».

I went here for the second time in 4 months. I went here because I expected this place would be better than the place that sells bubble tea in Micronesia mall on the second floor as this is an independent store with the main menu of bubble tea. However I was disappointed again. I wanted a coconut smoothie with whip cream on top but they use cream called TD cream instead. It was not tasty. They ran out of tapioca pearls when I went so I could add only popping bobbas. Even though it was free today it was not as good as the chewy pearls. The price was also very expensive. 1 drink costed over $ 6 not including the tip. For bubble tea, bubbly tea café is far better. And if it doesn’t have to be bubble tea, I would recommend you to go to infusion nearby instead which is just about 4 minute walk away. The clerk was friendly though, the place was clean and organized and the store has a good view at a convenient location.

Drinks have been inconsistent. One time, my tea tasted a bit on the moldy side. :( Nice decorations, but service and quality of drinks are unfortunately sub par. Management., please retrain! :) I have faith in you guys!

The mango and orange slush tastes amazing. I’ve heard so much about the purple Oreo which I found I wasn’t a fan of. Nice place to sit and socialize or do hw. Finding Parking becomes the hardest thing in the world on busy days.

I’ve been a fan of the tea district since they’ve opened. However, I have a new gripe about the establishment. Like many other beverage shops, they have a stamp card system to redeem a free drink after x-amount(I believe 9) purchased drinks. I usually get the $ 6 Bangkok pearl & tried to redeem another one on a recent trip there. The cashier told me that the free drink value is $ 5.50 so I would have to pay $.50 in order to get my «free» drink. $.50 isn’t a big deal, but to my knowledge, that isn’t printed on the cards nor was I informed when I first received the card. The tea district is just too nitpicky for me now.

This was the first tea/boba shop I’d been to since moving to Guam. It was pretty good for the most part. I had a coffee milk tea and forgot what my boyfriend ordered. I think both were a little on the sweet side for my taste and his was even sweeter. I think he added some type of jelly to it. It’s priced a little more than I’m used to. I don’t think we paid that much for boba in San Diego. But the establishment was well kept and clean.

I was really excited that Guam finally had milk tea, but the Tea District is not one of those places. Their milk tea is WAY over priced @ $ 5.50 for a cup. I asked for 50% sweet, and they still gave me the regular amount of sweetness. Furthermore, the whole time they were taking my order, she was still talking to her co-workers. Needless to say I am never going back here again.

Of the regular menu I’ve tried the TD milk tea– iced, purple Oreo– blended, & matcha– blended and all with tapioca. All were pretty decent but the purple Oreo was inconsistent in flavor since it could be bland during some trips and awesome on others. My favorite drink of all was Rose Milk tea blended with tapioca and pudding. I don’t think it’s on the actual menu but I requested it and went so often they already knew what I’d want before I could order :3(I actually filled up 2 Loyalty cards this summer :/) I usually and frequently get rose milk tea at boba shops in California(I was working in Guam for the summer) and TD’s was by far the best I’ve ever had in regard to flavor. Also, a lot of boba shops in CA have this weird rose pulp crap or even seeds? that I have to spit out. This place just gives you the actual tea. However, parking sucks. Not only does the area hardly have spaces but it’s a treacherous path if any trucks or vans park there since it’s so narrow. Not only do you have to compete with hotel patrons but there’s also the Delmonico customers for such a small amount of spaces. The security guards there can get on a major power trip.
