Uncle Sim’s Ramen

Opens daily at noon and takes last order at 2:30 am. Food was great since it was late and we were hungry.

Ordered the shoyu ramen, tan tan ramen and spicy tune roll and it all sucked! The soup base had no taste the noodles had a doughy texture. The spicy tuna roll rice was gross! I tactfully tried to explain to the Japanese waitress about the spoiled rice and she ignored me and continued to bill me without even investigating my issue with the rice. I’ve eaten there before and it was good but I guess it was a bad night. The Japanese lady was rude and that was enough for me not to ever go there again.

I love their spicy tuna roll, spicy shrimp tempura roll, toppoki, pork & kimchi, and all of their rice bowls, soup, and bento boxes are delish!

First time visiting; great food, prices and service. Had the seafood ramen and it simply amazing. I’ll be back!

i often come here after a long night attempting to complete the «Golden Mile» (ゴールデンマイル) after spending too many Jefferson’s at Guam’s very best strip clubs you’ll eventually get hungry; after having the smell of fish on you already why not compliment it with after hour sushi.

recommended dishes :
for starters you want a large Asahi or sake/​sochu then get the spicy tuna roll or Philadelphia roll
i wouldn’t eat so much just enough to get you sober, or at least sober enough for you to pull A DRAKE and «Marvin’s Room» that THOT you’ve been eyeing at your school/​office.

Eaten here at least 6 times, tried several of the ramen dishes and some are good others so-​so I once had a bug in mine :((-1) … Place looks clean enough, service is fast, the owner is friendly, the water they serve you isn’t tap which is such a plus for me.
The gyoza and karaage are the same as you would expect from elsewhere, maybe the portions are a smidge bigger than say fuji ichiban.
However, the sushi rolls are a no-​go. We ordered spicy tuna and and a tempura roll, and this place gets (–1) star just for how poor these items were. I was especially disappointed when I saw the pictures other Unilocalers put up of their orders :(Ours was much smaller in size and looked like it was prepared haphazardly.
Pricing is meh especially when you consider the quality.

Much nicer inside than outside. That is common in Guam. This place is surrounded by adult stores lol. But it was very clean and comfortable inside. The food was cheap and very delicious. I will be going back before I leave. Great service which is very rare here. Most places in Guam have terrible service but this place was great.

Upon entering, something about the décor makes you feel like you just stepped into a restaurant in Japan. Everything was really clean and the waitress was attentive. The menu has a decent selection. The bf and I both ordered ramen. The noodles were chewy, in a good way, and the broth was deliciously flavored and comforting. The katsu chicken that was included with my ramen was well done — tender on the inside with a bit of a crunch on the outside. I would recommend eating here if you are craving ramen.
