It’s a fantastic place for real traditional food. They make all their food here in the small kitchen from scratch. Real traditional recipes and fabulous ingredients! Never been let down. Every time I visit Ballina I come here for lunch. I think it used to be a grocer turned pub but they run it as a day time restaurant now. Someone once told me the furniture is the surplus from when they furnished the Titanic but I don’t know if that’s true or not.
BUT: That the food is really nice is true. As is that the portions have always fed me well and trust me, I’m one for the all you can eat buffet at the Chinese so it takes a lot to satisfy me.
They have a changing daily special too.
