So we all know that Penney’s is a cheap ‘fashion’ store with dubious ethical issues but it does have some great bargains and this store in particular is great.
It is not very big at all but they always have a great big bargain bin, full of girlie under ware at the moment! Nice!
The home ware section here too always seem to be on sale and reduced and the under ware /sleep ware. In fact this whole store seems to be in a permanent state of sale!
Even when I have none sale items in my hand when it actually comes to pay the price is much lower than stated! Oh how I love when that happens! Don’t you?
