Lovely exterior, trees, outside table for when it’s not raining, ample-​sized function room — for that feeling of space but not the kind of room that you could put 200 in and it still looks empty. Bar staff were lovely and friendly, if not a little shocked that our first order of shots was at half ten (no, not in the morning). Nice bar, nice snacky food, nice toilets (fit at least a party of 12 of us in there at some stage). Wasn’t there for the eatin’, but the drinkin’ and from the short few hours I remember of being there, all-​round stand up place.
