Nice place for brunch, food is a little pricey but one breakfast could definitely feed two! Good atmosphere and very relaxed servers. Only downside — awkwardly shaped so constantly bumping into people/being bumped into while trying to order!

It’s nice café specially when you can seat outside and enjoy sunshine drinking your coffee we didn’t eat anything there inside it’s quite narrow but coffee is delicious. Definitely will go back for latte!

I usually go there with my running club after practice in the weekends. We always get a table and the staff is nice. The pancakes with maple syrup and bacon are to die for. I also like their poached eggs served with toasts, spinach and tomatoes although sometimes they’re not cooked right

Cute coffee just beside UCD Blackrock campus. There many other coffees in Blackrock but this one is specially good. Went there in a sunny day and I had a great experience. They do not have a menu, I mean, a paper menu. It is only on the wall behind the cashier. So you need to get up and check it yourself. No big deal but the thing is that I’m too lazy in the morning — no pun intended =) Very nice menu and beautiful windown with pastries and cakes. I had toast & scrambled eggs + carrot cake. It was good. Carrot cake: approved. Plenty of cream. Def will come back. My friend had a bacon sandwich and it was a kinda of greasy… The price was average. It looks like comfy to be inside but in sunny day I wouldn’t mind enjoying a little bit of sun =)

Order when you come in, before you take a seat. Everyone who works here was bubbly and helpful. Atmosphere is laid-back, seating is ample, and street parking is readily found. I had the veg quiche, which was lovely — even though it wasn’t warmed all the way through. I would have mentioned it to the friendly waitress, but I was too hungry & it was delicious enough that I didn’t mind. The coleslaw was 80% mayonnaise and 20% cabbage, which I couldn’t stomach(and I am a huge fan of mayonnaise). The salad was drowning in dressing. I’m a lover of fresh veg, so I get a bit sad when my veggies are enshrouded in dressing. Sort of defeats the point of a salad, doesn’t it? My friend had the Canadian toast with bacon. It was an absolute massive serving of toast with crispy perfect rashers. It looked positively delicious. All around, I’d say this is a good local spot if you want to pop in for a quick bite.

Lazy Days is great! As a student just around the corner at Smurfit, I found myself running out of the gates of campus to grab a bittersweet mocha in between classes and meetings many a time. The paninis are simple yet delicious. I usually go for the bacon, pesto, tomato or the chicken and mayo — both really good! They’re reasonably priced as well. It costs a bit more to enjoy your food inside but if you do, the sandwiches come with an assortment of delicious salads. I haven’t tried anything else, but the breakfast specials and the quiches always look really good. I definitely miss my mochas from Lazy Days now that I’ve moved into the city centre — but I’ll be back!
