When I first start to live in South Co. Dublin and it became apparent that Bray was the closest town to where I lived on my commute to work. A good cup of coffee in a pleasant atmosphere was high on the agenda of priorities for me. Gusto Italiano has this. It’s a no nonsense genuine Italian Coffee Shop. You get the feeling when you are there that you could be Milano or Roma where a group of Italian workers could be standing by the counter arguing about Mario Balotelli’s performance in his last Italian international or whether they would be better returning to the Lira. Coffee is top notch each cup made individually none of this automated machine slop. They offer typical Italian pastries etc for breakfast and a small but wholesome selection of Panino for lunch. The Wi-fi is free, and the radio playing in the back ground is Italian. They also offer a range of Italian food produce for sale. The décor is sparse and basic, but for me this adds to the charm and the quality of produce offered makes up for this. This café is the personification of «Less is More»
