So much food!
The waiter and bartender was awesome and the food was excellent.

Walked into a local pub which did not serve food and they recommended Fiddlers Bistro.
From the minute we walked in they made us welcome.
Our server Barry was excellent.
He recommended a few entrees.
I ordered the beef medallions with onion strings. Loved it!
My wife had the fettuccine with chicken.
Both large portions.
Don’t forget about the FREE wifi.

I just came in for lunch. Supposedly it turns into a dance club at night, but I haven’t seen that.
The inside seems much larger than what you’d expect from the street. Despite the size, it feels very cozy, with an old rustic feel. They had a fair sized buffet and a good selection of beer, which complemented the Gaelic Football they had on the large screens (Yeah!).
Saw lots of people coming through with instruments– ended up that they were auditioning for live acts. I think that’s a good sign.

The fiddelers as it is usually just reffered to is a lovely restaurant during the day, serving carvery lunches etc which are lovely for roughly 10euro price range. At nighttime the place is transformed into the town’s largest nightclub, which is very popular with the locals. The fiddelers has good music, good atmosphere, the «craic», and promises a good lunch or nightout for all!
