As this place is just down the road from where we live, my partner and I have tried it out a couple of times now. There isn’t that much in the area so it’s a treat to finally be able to crawl out of bed and have a coffee in your hand five minutes later. Last week I tried out their full Irish breakfast. Most places can get away with a few slices of white toast and just dumping all the different classic ingredients into a frying basket et voila! The 105’s breakfast was made with extra care; sough dough toast, and amazing produce from the meats to the veg. I went back today and couldn’t but order the full breakfast again. Their menu has a great selection. My partner got the french toast with bacon and maple syrup which was brilliant, made with the sour dough bread yet again. Their coffee isn’t bad but not up to the standard of their food. Only thing I would say is that they should really invest in more comfortable seating. Even the surrounding cushioned benches are not comfy. If they changed this, I would bring a book and sit in for half my Sunday.

I like this place, it’s quiet and cosy with a nice atmosphere. The coffee is good, the breakfast is solid, the scones are delicious, it’s basically an easy choice for food if you’re in the area. The food here’s not going to blow-you-away, but there’s enough here to keep me coming back. There’s plenty of free parking on weekends just outside so you can avoid the chaos of Ranelagh

This place is a bit hit & miss to be honest. I used to go here quite a bit when working in Clonskeagh. Since changing jobs I went back a few times and was really disappointed with the food.

Just back from my second meal here in two days. Had a salad both days(can you see my halo?) and HALLELUJAH somewhere in Dublin that actually does a decent salad and chops up the ingredients and mixes them all together and then doesn’t drown them in dressing. TAKENOTEEVERYOTHERRESTAURANTINDUBLIN. Really generous portions with loads of the stuff that most other places usually skimp on(nuts/cheese/chicken etc). My boyfriend has a prodigious appetite and was nearly defeated by his superfood salad. I’ve docked a star because I think the menu could do with a couple of healthy hot options(apart from soup) but otherwise love the place and will definitely be going back. Potentially tomorrow.

Got a fry up for breakfast here, looked good on the menu with the addition of sourdough bread but it was a little disappointing, pudding was poor and got the tiniest pot of beans with it. Poached eggs were nicely done and the sausages were tasty. Needed more toast, beans and crispier bacon. On the flip side my gf got a club sandwich was better, came with home cut fries and side salad. Add a coffee, tea and a tip it came to € 28 so I feel the quality could have been a little bit better for that price which is why I’m going with 3 stars!

Go for the garlic bread as a starter. It is so big and delicious. Very much like a pizza! Would also recommend the burger and chips. And without a doubt the brownie for dessert. Reasonably priced wine and friendly staff. Surprised it was not busier when we were there. Deserves to do well!

This is a really gorgeous little café that could be easily missed due to its location. I had a deeelicious veggie wrap here, my only qualm would be the«side salad» was little more than three leaves and a few bits of chopped onion, but we’ll let that one slide seeing as the actual wrap itself was off the chay-yaainn. My friend also had a top notch beetroot and roasted goats cheese salad, so thumbs-up on the food-front! The service was just alright, our waitress was pleasant but nothing more than that, there was no frills, no nonsense, no fun. But hey, their brownies were the brownie-bomb-diggidy! An out-and-out must. Last little bit of constructive criticism: No soy milk?! Soy milk is as expected in a café nowadays as gluten free bread and vegetarian options are. Get with the times, 105 Café.

Great local feeling friendly spot. Food is spot in with a top notch pizza. You can easily relax and chat, no hustle or bustle. I could become a regular here

ooh a new café in the neighbourhood, and ooh its all pretty. Café 105 has just opened and its quite lovely with some nice seats outside(with little blankies in case you get a chill) and lovely seats and tables inside. I had lunch outside today. The menu is a mix of salads and sandwiches, and there’s a specials board inside. I had the omelette special and it was totally yummy. For dessert I had a strawberry cupcake — these are small tasty bakes, which I must say are a better version of the cupcake than the giant tasteless versions sold in most places. It was totally delicious. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. Lunch came to nearly 15 euro(main, coke, tea and a cupcake) so its not for every day, but for a treat its definitely yummy!
