The Aer Lingus lounge located at Dublin airport is nice! it certainly isn’t the fanciest lounge that you have ever seen — but for a $ 35 add on fee — it’s worth it’s cost. Spent a few hours working and relaxing in this lounge this am. A few general observation: 1. The place was a mess — not enough clean up personnel 2. The front desk staff was friendly 3. The breakfast options were quite limited but adequate For the money — or if you’re a member it’s fine — but not over the top in any way shape or form.

Greeted by lovely helpful ladies on the desk, helped clear up a booking issue straight away, very professional, great service(thankyou Elaine). Nice peaceful place to wait for your flight.

As far as fancy lounges go, this one gets a good rating for being quiet, welcoming, bright and spacious. Free wifi, plenty of outlets. But the food options are severely limited: cheese and crackers, packaged cookies and soup. They have plenty of drinks(alcoholic and non), but if you are expecting enough to call a «meal» you might be left disappointed, as I was. The lounge at JFK was much better in the food department.

Nice place to wait for a flight! Have a variety on snacks and drinks. If you are hungry they have crackers and cheese, scones, cookies and some soup. They had a variety of whiskey, red and white wine, juice, and of course tea and coffee. Free wifi as well, which was nice!

Ever since obtaining the status of Gold Elite with Aer Lingus I have enjoyed pre-flight stops in the Gold circle lounges in various cities. Even if Aer Lingus doesn’t have a dedicated lounge, they are usually partnered with an airline which does have a lounge. The lounge at Dublin airport has free beer and liquor as well as coffee drinks, cappuccinos, juices, etc. They have scones and biscuits and croissants in the morning and I thought they also had soup and various types of cheese and crackers. Other airports have had some decent small sandwiches or other hot food items which were awesome. It would be nice for Aer Lingus to step up their flagship lounge a bit in line with these partner lounges. They also have nice views of the airport runway and they will lend out tablets for use while in the lobby.

Nice way to begin any trip. A mixture of fruits, yogurts and pastries in the morning and soups and sandwiches for lunch. It’s not going to set the world on fire from a culinary perspective but nether would most airport alternatives. Friendly staff and free wifi are another welcome bonus.

Oh, they’re screwed the floor outlets shut for some reason. Only a very small number of power outlets now available on the wall near entrance. Very poor decision for anyone not upgrading to a 2013 MacBook Air with 12 hour battery life. Standards seem to be falling generally with poorer selections of food by the week, no fresh fruit, etc.

I know it sounds cool… A special lounge for the frequent fliers, all cosseted and removed from the little people, dedicated wifi and snacks on tap but the truth is it’s a bit restricted in what’s on offer and given that there is free wifi all over the airport there are few real benefits. Now, I say this safe in the knowledge that 1. I have the option and 2. I am happy to work away no matter what the surrounding noise and activity level. It’s not all negative, they have fantastic facilities like the quiet area and shower room which I’m sure are a godsend for some weary travellers.

What better way to unwind after a long and strenuous 1 hour flight than heading straight to the Aer Lingus Lounge! The new T2 lounge has modern and stylish surroundings along with great facilities such as free WiFi, computer access, entertainment, newspapers and magazines. There’s a nice relaxing environment, which you will surely need after queueing both sides for longer than your flight time! It’s free to access if you’re a Gold Circle Club member or a frequent flyer with Aer Lingus, but it’s only € 25 to get in if you’re not. That may seem like a lot but since it’s nearly € 20 at the airport for just a meal and a drink, and here you get complimentary drinks and snacks, it’s definitely worth it. You can drink as much as you like but be careful or before you know it, it will have been 5 hours since your plane landed and you wouldn’t have even left the airport yet!

Nice place to chill before a flight out of terminal 2! Also it’s an improvement on their T1 lounge, with a better view and nicer décor! They have a decent selection of food(not compared to other lounges such as the virgin clubhouse etc) and good beverage selection along with a nice choice of magazines. Free WIFI too :) Definitely worth going to, to avoid the stress of the airport although T2 isn’t bad :)

Always a nice hangout before flying. Decent coffee, fruit/yoghurt in the mornings and then soup/sandwiches in the afternoons and of course plenty to offer on the drinks front.

Great lounge and a significant improvement décor/size wise from the Anna Liva lounge at T1. Its € 25 for entrance, but after that you pay nothing. They have self service, food/drinks etc. Use of the Samsung Galaxy Pad II, lots of news papers etc. Chairs are comfy and it wasn’t too busy. The view is class, as you are looking out on the runways! Great way to while away your spare time before your flight. It’s good value too — compared to other airport eateries where a couple of pints and a(poor) sandwich would set you back € 20! Its unlimited here for € 25… I will use this any time I am travelling with Aer Lingus and can spare over an hour!

Newly opened in Dublin Airport’s impressive Terminal 2, this lounge is located between airport security and the US Preclearance Facility. Complementary wi-fi, beer, wine, spirits, snacks, and showers await weary travelers. Albeit a bit small, this place is nice and quiet with comfortable seats and plenty of refreshments. On your way out, grab a coffee, juice, and croissant before beginning your day. Access is currently granted mainly through Aer Lingus Business Class, Aer Lingus Gold Circle Club, or international business and higher classes on American Airlines.
