Imade a complain after buying a pair of expensive winter boots there three months earlier.
The right boot was not as warm as the left one.
As the faulty boot was not” tangible” they refused to give me my money back or to offer me a new pair.
There are more ways to probe that the boot was not right.
They did not bothered to check them further.

The shoe section in Arnotts is a bit of a zoo. The department store has recently revamped its ground floor so the shoe section still looks messy and needs a paint job or a window or two to let in some light.
Looks aside, there are some great buys for moderate prices. I would recommend Arnotts for anything leather and in boot form.
You won’t get pounced on when shopping here. Instead, it can rather hard to spot the lone worker on the floor. But when she did come along to serve me, she was all smiles.
Right now, there’s a clearance sale on alot of top brands. I just bought Blowfish flats for 25 Euro. That’s a 50% markdown.
