Everleigh Garden

Everleighs wasn’t initially somewhere I thought I’d enjoy, but i was wrong. I’ve been a few times now and really like it.
I think it’s much nicer to sit in the ‘garden’ area than inside as the atmosphere is that little better.
The music is always great and the staff are lovely.
A mixed crowd but all out for a goodnight this is totally a place to bring the girls, the lads or both for a great night out in Dublin.

Fancy but crap! Pop music with 40 percent hiphop, plus a dj wannabee. idk its not for me

Worst experience ever! Bouncer said I was too drunk even if I was completely sober. Asking clarifications, the management said that MY BODY LANGUAGE WAS THE ONE OF A DRUNK GUY. Even if I was there for a birthday party, I went sadly back home. AVOID THIS PLACE!

What happened was we were leaving the Comedy Festival that was on in the Iveagh Gardens when this pretty girl asked if we wanted go to Everleigh Garden, there was free food — SOLD! I also had never been into Everleigh Garden and was curious to see what the fuss at the beginning was about.
The décor was nice and the staff we dealt with were nice, but I felt very out of place. Probably because I wasn’t dressed for the occasion.
The free finger food being carried around on platters as not very nice if I’m honest, but it was free. Pub platter food.
Nice if you like the super pub and nightclub scene.

Booked a class party into this venue, were promised free house cocktails for bringing 50+ people in.
Arrived and were told we weren’t getting any free cocktails and they’d never promised this. We showed them email to confirm our story, and were given ONE house cocktail but the extremely rude manager.
Guy in this bar harassed my friend, the bouncer by the name of Ray told her she ‘didn’t seem to have a problem’ with the treatment, and just walked away.
There were also loads of people smoking inside, outside of the smoking area. It was horrible.
I will avoid the manager, the promoter Sarah and Ray the bouncer to the very best of my ability.
Go somewhere else if you want to have a decent and safe night!

I don’t know why it’s scoring so low… I suppose the crowd here is a bit… Rough but I didn’t think it was that bad. The dance floor itself is small and the DJ played a good mix of pop with more concentration on hiphop during the latter hours but personally I love dancing to hip hop so I didn’t mind at all. There’s a good mix of people here.
I just drank their beers so I can’t comment on their drinks. Service is decent and it’s clean enough. I do have to say the smoking area is huge so as a smoker I appreciated the extra space to smoke, drink and socialise. There were some pretty inebriated people there that were confrontational but I can’t really blame the establishment for that.
One thing that really disgusted me was the fact the outside area smelled like feet. I don’t know if it’s cuz someone’s feet just smelled really bad or if it’s due to the fact the outside area is carpeted and the smell is from spilled drinks fermenting in the fibers… Yuck it smelled gross anyway. I still had an enjoyable night here.
It was € 10 to get in and € 2 for coat check but they’re open until 5 so I didn’t mind paying that to get in :) go check it out.

It is really just Dublin’s biggest smoking area. If you’re a smoker it’s probably fine. If not, avoid
