Over priced items.

The items at the store were way too over priced for the quality of them, they sold bad quality foam planes (which broke easily) for 20 euro each. I bought that plane as a return home present for my young nephew Jacob. When I gave it to him he was ecstatic and instantly went outside to play with it. two throws later and the cockpit of the plane was snapped in have with the wings broken. I could not bare the crying and disappointment of my nephew who had just come home after 3 months. Bad quality for too much money never returning. (note he was extremely gentle whilst playing with the plane.

BAD EMPLOYEE .

As a mother of 3 children I have observed the lack of respect from an employee. My children were looking for some toys to purchase when a disrespectful employee approached them and yelled at them to stop looking for toys for my 9 year old's birthday party and demanded for them to get out! I was disgusted by the employees astonishing rude behavior. My kids ran out in absolute tears and felt it was their fault! This is a non- kid friendly environment with rude employees. I will not be not be returning to this news agents!
