What a find! Amazing value 2 course meal for € 24. The wings! So so good. So good in fact that we returned the very next day, driving from kimmage to pick up a couple of portions to go! The other starter we shared was delicious fish cakes, so light and tasty. I had the chicken supreme, which was stuffed with cheese and chorizo and was absolutely delicious. Served with a sweet potato gratin that has now become my new favourite food and a honey mustard sauce. My only complaint was that I would have loved more of the stuffing! We shared a bottle of prosecco and sadly didn’t have time for dessert but il be back again and the cheese board will be mine!

Yes, oh yes! delicious food, reasonable prosecco and friendly staff. More of this sort of thing! Pre 2nd job dinner here on Thursday was a first class experience. € 24 for 2 courses was well worth it. Staring with fish cakes which were excellent and following up with a vegan low fat curry, which tasted neither vegan or low fat and was one of the more filling meals I’ve had in the past while, I barely got through half the lentally goodness, which was served with brown pilau rice, pita and an apple chutney, flavoursome and warming, just what the doctor ordered as the colder nights creep in. I’ll be brining the mammy asap!

We were staying in Dublin for one night and went here for dinner. The restaurant was nice & cozy. Staff were warm & friendly. We ordered the chicken wings and almond, artichoke & pita dip and were pleased. The food went downhill from there. The lamb shoulder dish was edible but dryish. The fillet was overcooked, tasteless & bad-inedible. The sweet potato fries it came with were limp and tasteless. The veggies were just okay. We had to ask our waiter to take these away. The rhubarb dessert was good but the crumble dessert was barely edible. Very disappointed; we wouldn’t go back even if we could! Only giving it 3 stars cause the staff were great and tried to make it right for us but the food just wasn’t good!

Amazing restaurant with great food! The menu has an option for a three course meal with a more limited selection which I decided to go for. The food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant! If you like fresh farm food this is the place for you and the higher price is well worth it!

We are here because we’ve got a voucher. The food is ok and quite pricy. But I have to mention that the dessert — farm surprise really surprise me, it’s AMAZING! If I come back again I’ll definitely have it one more time!

I was really looking forward to try this restaurant as I heard good things about it. The place was really lovely and cosy. The staff as well was super nice and friendly. The food however I have to say was quite disappointing. The presentation was really nice but I found everything very bland and not very tasty, from the beetroot dip & vegetables starter to the supreme chicken as a main. I think overall it was very overpriced for what I got which was essentially just an ok, quite bland meal.

A really nice place for lunch, with friendly staff and a cozy café atmosphere. I’ve been here a few times, and have ordered off their a la carte as well as their specials menu. Their a la carte menu is nice and a bit pricier, running from € 15 and upwards for a main, but for speed and value, I love their lunch special offers. These are people who understand the time constraints of a weekday lunch. Usually going out for a sit-down meal anywhere on my lunch break means I have to eat and run, but the Farm’s daily lunch specials are both excellent value and quick to whip out of the kitchen. The specials change daily, but can be anything from Beef Stew to Bangers and Mash(an absolute bargain at € 7 – 8). Not only did we have time to eat leisurely, but found we even had time for an espresso afterwards to cap off the meal. We had to commend the wait staff for their service and they suggested calling in and pre-ordering for even speedier service next time… duly noted because we will definitely be back!

We had dinner here our first night in Dublin. Heck, it was our first night in Ireland. It was delightful and delicious! Such a fun introduction for our week in Ireland! The manager and wait staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was yummy and dessert was even better.

I have had Farm Restaurant bookmarked for quite a bit but it just never seemed like the right time(let’s be honest, it’s a little on the pricey side). Well after a long week of cooking we decided to give it a go. We were promptly greeted and taken to our table. We took a few minutes to look at the wine menu and literally three minutes after placing our drink orders, our glasses were on the table. Several minutes later the waitress came by and asked for our food orders. We were torn between a few so went with her tie-breakers of the lamb shoulder and the cod. J did the prix fixe menu so ordered the seafood platter as a starter and the rhubarb crumble as a dessert. The starter came out extremely quickly and was a nice dish but not what I expected. I was thinking a thick cream sauce but this was more like a soup. J really liked it but I’d probably order something else next time. After a little more wine our mains came out. J’s cod had a light parmesan crust and nice flavours. Great dish. My lamb was heavenly. Melt in your mouth meat with a red wine jus sauce and served with squash and goose fat potatoes. Upon first bite I thought the potatoes were a bit bland but they grew on me — especially when stirred through the jus. After a lot of self control, I put my plate down because my dish had so much food and I really wanted to try the dessert. A few minutes later our piping hot rhubard crumble and ice cream arrived. Great flavours and the perfect end to the meal. We had great service at Farm Restaurant on Leeson and thought the food was very good quality for the price so we will try not to wait so long before our next visit!

I wanted to try«The Farm Restaurant» for a long time… As I entered the restaurant I found it really cosy and beautiful. It is quite small but very comfortable. The manager was very gentle as the rest of the staff. The menu is quite varied and healthy. Maaaaaan! The salmon(starter) so delicious. It was served cold and it was mixed with sweet peppers over a biscuit made with pistachio(I think) uufff… If that wasn’t enough for me as a main course I tried the organic fish pie, and that was me… Completely in love with the place. It was a bit pricy but for the quality it’s worth it. The portions were big as well! I have to get a «2nd stomach built in» I will come back again… !!! It’s a yes! Full belly big smile! ! Very happy!

I’ve eaten here twice, the second time with a group that had two vegetarians visiting from India. It is one of the few restaurants that offers both healthy meat and vegetarian choices. I’ve tried both options and the food was freshly prepared and a nice mix of flavors on the plate. Everyone enjoyed the food. I actually prefer this location to the stark modern location on Dawson Street. It was a bit too warm in the restaurant the most recent time but the service was prompt and friendly. My wife and I will definitely be back.

Just had a very pleasant lunch in Farm. We both had the Spanish Omlete, which was really well made with good eggs, nice fresh cherry tomatoes and tasty potatoes, so many times before dissappointing, but spot on on this occassion. Very nice side salad, variety of leaves and peppers, well dressed, topped with some toasted seeds. Nice coffees to finish. I look forward to revisiting soon.

Had dinner here this past Saturday night. Our hotel was able to get us the last reservation. They had to seat us near the kitchen door! No problem– got to watch all the wonderful food coming and going! It was terrific! My husband had the salmon dish– it was accompanied by cabbage– He told me it was the best cabbage he had eaten in his life– and he has had a long life and eaten a lot of cabbage! I had the fillet– it was perfectly cooked and delicious. Some of the guide books have a rather«Sarah of the Prairie-organic» vibe description. The place was great –food terrific — service warm and friendly– the desserts delicious! Was our best meal in Dublin. Prices were fair so Go… and enjoy

This was a really cool place. I was meeting a large group of business associates here for dinner and when I first walked into this unassuming restaurant, I thought I was at the wrong place as there were only a few tables. The host then escorted us upstairs where there was a much larger dinning room. Unfortunately, as I am finishing this post several month after the fact, I cannot recall exactly what I had ordered, but I remember the food to be fresh and excellent. I will for sure go back next time I am in Dublin.

It was Monday evening, we had just watched the last Breaking Bad and we were hungry. We were not going to cook, blue meth or otherwise. We also didn’t want the normal delivery fare: pizza, Chinese, Indian etc. So it was a nice surprise when we found The Farm, Leeson street. Restaurant food delivered to the door! I opted for the Organic Beef Cottage Pie, which came with carrots and runner beans. It was ok, a bit sloppy and disjointed by the time I got it onto the plate. More mash than beef if I am honest. But the side vegetables were really excellent. My partner went for the Free-Range Breast of Chicken On a rustic roll with lettuce, tomato and fresh salad. That was excellent. Chicken was coated in a light basil pesto /marinade, the bread roll was warm and the salad crispy. It tasted good too. When ordering and had picked those two mains it came to 25.90EUR, we were prompted to spend another 3.60EUR and get 20% off the bill. So we decided to go for the Spicy Free-Range Irish Chicken Wings With homemade blue cheese dip. So while these are priced at 7.50EUR, we then got a discount of 6.68EUR, not too shabby. And the wings were delicious, really tasty. We are defintely ordering the wings again. The order also came with it plastic cutlery and condiments of mayo and ketchup. We were mightily impressed with it all. Um, maybe not all, but I just wont get the cottage pie again.

Disappointing compared to its sister restaurant on Dawson Street. Overpriced and fairly bland food. The service was slow even though there seemed to be plenty of staff and the restaurant was half empty. We had a different server every time. Dessert was decent, but not enough to draw us back. Would not book again.

Disappointingly bland food lacking flavour and seasoning. Simple organic food does not need to be boring, but here, it is. In my opinion flavourless over-priced food. Will not be returning

This is Farm’s second spot in the city and it’s just been open about two weeks. Large bright windows inside and a nice pea green calming décor with cream seats. It has that classic farmhouse feel about it — funny enough! I got the salmon Asian salad to go, they are still doing their to go menu but I was advised to ring ahead in future for lunch collections etc. Service was very polite and friendly. The salad was delicious and the right portion size too, it came to € 12.55. I noted that they have a good few lunch deals and a few ladies were just having scones and tea. I love the collection of bird pictures, gives great character to the spot.
