Had the Irish breakfast, espresso and orange juice. I can’t fault it at all. Everything came out prefect and the price is reasonable for what I got. First time there but will definitely go again soon. If I was to nitpick I didn’t like the ketchup but I’m very particular about my ketchup. They look to have a nice range on the menu so i’ll try something different next time.

Delightful lil gem! The Hard Boiled Egg Café was recommended by a Cavanite, Cavian, Cavaner? Well a Cavan local anyway so after a wild night out at their notorious Imperial night club we came in search of «the cure». Oh boy were we delighted! After nearly falling at the first hurdle my friend pointed out you need to open the menu, I swear the other 3 of us at the table were convinced we only had the drinks menu. Potential mortifying experience avoided and clear symptoms that the cure was in dire need we basked in the selection. Lots of Panini type stuff, pancakes(American style) and Benedicts but realistically the only option I had eyes for was the traditional Irish Breakfast. FUNFACT: The Hard Boiled Egg have the Guinness World Record for heaviest Irish Breakfast(well technically the listing says English Breakfast, is there a difference between the two meals? Please let me know!) Alas I didn’t see this fun fact until I was leaving so simply had to do with the MONSTER Irish Breakfast. It did wonders! On paying I said I got the«Monster Mash»…Face Palm!

Will def go again and try the breakfast, it looked delicious also. Dropped 2 stars for price. Like how the provide markers and colouring books for kids, nice touch
