For those of you who have never visited Dunmore East, you are in for a treat. As the tourist materials will tell you, it’s a picturesque fishing village outside of Waterford and one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Now in this town, there’s The Bay Café, a lovely café perched high over the harbor. Inside you’ll find a bay window — an actual bay window — holding a tiny table for two. This is Ireland, so you will be lucky. The table will be waiting for you. Have a seat. Order anything. Your meal will be truly delicious.
