Great pub with an above average menu. I had the steak sandwich and it was huge but oh so delicious! My wife had the stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon– also very good. This place had some of the best pub grub in Ireland! The service was great by a delightful woman from Poland…

We had a good experience at Cellar Bar. Modern. Many different food offerings, more than just standard pub food.
Our server was friendly and helpful.
It is a bit loud for intimate conversation, but we were not there for that anyway.

The day I was here the lunch special was lasagna with chips, garlic bread and side salad. After you had carrot cake.
I’m not messing when I say I didn’t need to eat for the rest of the day.

Great for food, great for drinks. Either way, it’s a popular spot in Galway. Always busy, especially at lunch time.
Strawberry daiquiris are a must :)

It was jam packed when we went for lunch so it’s easy to assume it’s a favorite amongst the locals. It’s attached to a pub… I ordered the stir fry which was mediocre at best. The full irish is a huge portion of breakfast and average as well. I wouldn’t know what to order here that makes this place stand out but maybe it’s because we didn’t order the right things? Coffee is decent and service is rushed. Don’t think I’d run to go back here…

Delicious lunch! My favourite place in the city for goujons and chips. Staff are friendly and we went in here during lunch on a Saturday as a goodbye meal with 6 friends and they were really accommodating. Keep up the good work :)

It’s a busy/​loud restaurant, service was excellent, food was good… but if your just in town visiting, I recommend finding a local restaurant with quality food.

Wandering back to our B&B on a chilly day in Galway, great stop for wine and food. Good sized menu with something for every appetite. If I were staying in Galway longer I would definitely return here!

Wer einen typischen Pub hier vermutet ist falsch, wer aber gerne mal wieder helle und gepflegte Bar Atmosphäre genießen möchte ist hier richtig. Wir hier allerdings nicht gegessen.
