I frequent this store whenever I’m in Galway as they have probably one of the best selections of health foods, herbal supplements and oils, teas, dried products and even cosmetics like Trilogy and Seavite. The main thing I like buying here is the Clearspring Japanese products like miso, soba and nori, as well as things like brown rice, soya milk, chia seeds, quinoa etc. For anyone vegan or vegetarian, you can find a lot of goodies here. They also sell a range of sports supplements such as protein powders and bars. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable about the products, so they’re great if you need any advice!

Excellent health food store in heart of Galway City. Upstairs has beauty items, downstairs has foods, supplements, and staples. Excellent selection and service!
