Galway Arms Inn

Comfortable and relaxed. A great place to grab a pint and bite. The person we assume to be the owner is very friendly and provides great service. We have already visited twice during our stay in Galway!

Stopped in for a late lunch while wandering through Galway. We found this friendly little bed and breakfast to be just what we needed. Located just over the bridge, the dining room was clean and welcoming. It looks like the BnB rooms might be through a seperate door off the side of the building.
My husband got a burger and Guinness and I had tea and an open faced salmon sandwich. The burger came out with the thick cuts of bacon that we’ve come to love while visiting. My sandwich was almost like a salad on soda bread. The samon was yummy and whatever olive oil used on the lettuce and red onions was amazingly savory.
I’m surprised that this is the first review for this place because its just off the main tourist area. This is a real gem hiding in plain sight!
