Where do I start. At first they tried to charge me € 30 or repairing my Mac Book Pro on an Apple warranty issue(it should be free), it went downhill from there. Their predictions for when the repair would be completed were incorrect(and arguably dishonest). I dropped my laptop in on a Wednesday evening, I was told that it would be repaired by Friday evening at best, or at worst Monday evening, depending on ‘when the parts were delivered’. I called them on Friday evening, I was informed that it wasn’t ready, fine. I called them again late on Monday evening(I was starting to get a bit annoyed that they haven’t tried to contact me to keep me updated at any stage). I was told that the part wasn’t in, that it would be in by Wednesday and it would be ready soon after this. I lost it, I told the person on the phone that this was unacceptable, and that I would be there within the hour to collect my Mac. Five minutes later I got a call informing me that the part had just arrived and they apologized for the delays. Dubious. I got a call at 6:30 pm that evening, apologizing again and asking me did I want my laptop delivered to my house that evening. As I was out, I opted to collect it in the morning. After collecting I noticed the keyboard wasn’t working correctly. I had to return my MacBook Pro again, after it had been ‘repaired’. I finally have my Mac back and its working, but after a considerable period of time. For a simple warranty issue. The level of service that Screenway provided to me isn’t acceptable in this day and age. Neither of these two repairs was done in a timely fashion, and I had to call and check each time to see if the repairs had been done each time. Screenway is ideal example of a company that isn’t orgainsed and as such cant offer any level of consistent service and will always be on the back foot, reacting to situations.
