Average high prices for a convenience store, which is ok. However what happened yesterday is not ok after an encounter with rude and disrespectful staff! I won 4 euros on the lotto and had another 4 euros to play! I am entitled to claim the cash but wanted to trade my winnings for my 4 euros worth new ticket that I wanted to play! A white middle age balding man with no manners and aggression issues took my tickets, cut me off with what I «meant to say» and when I re-​asserted myself by re-​asking for a trade off, he threw my new ticket on the counter at me in an aggressive manner and said «der ya go now, day day!!» Unbelievable!!! Surprised he has a job and is the reason for one star and no revisits! A great tag line for Spar! «Spar, we charge for convenience shopping but throw in rudeness for free!». Stay clear of hearts corner Spar and you won’t go wrong! Oh, Mr Rude also had no Spar tee shirt on which leads me to believe he IS the manager! There you have it folks, they trade produce and insults for cash!
