Eddie Rockets

[EN] Went there (twice) during my (two) trips to Limerick. Lovely place, good hamburgers en nice oreo milshake: Belgian approved! ;)
[FR] J’ai été deux fois à Limerick… et deux fois chez Eddie Rockets. :) Ambiance «diner américain», bons burgers et milshake aux Oreos: yummy! Tout ça pour un prix raisonnable.
Tuyau: si vous avez votre carte d’étudiant (même étranger), il y avait des menus étudiants.

I just absolutely love this place. I’d been to one Eddie Rocket’s in Dublin about a decade ago, renewed the experience in 2007 and again in February this year, and I cannot stop being jealous of my past self for that kind of bliss. Yes, it’s that good!
The food may be a bit on the pricey side of things, but it’s worth every cent. I still dream of their chili fries. I’m not even kidding!
They’re the first (and so far only) chili fries I’ve had that managed to be really delicious and absolutely not soggy. And hell, the burgers. Just as amazing, but I’m just a big fan of the chili fries.
Definitely need to go back there again, and anyone who has not eaten at Eddie Rocket’s is missing out BIG TIME.
About this specific location — well. The staff is very friendly and fast, that’s all there is to it, really. :)

Can be a bit expensive but you wont go away hungry. Make sure to get a milkshake, there beautiful.

Expensive but the food is good, really good. A quick tip, I always hold onto the vouchers you get on the back of dunnes till receipts for buy one burger get one free at Eddie’s.
