The restaurant does not offer any Paneer dishes!!! When the food came out from the kitchen it was so hot that we had to wait about 5 – 7 minutes for the food to cool down enough to the point that we could eat it without burning our mouth. It was pretty tasty once it cooled down I am going to have to look for a new Indian restaurant that does offer Paneer dishes.

I ate early evening during mid week. I ordered garlic naan and the lamb rogan josh. I can’t remember the name of the desert though it was fabulous. It was layered vanilla and chocolate ice cream on tarts with chocolate sauce. Overall the food was excellent and the service was good. Please note that the restaurant was mostly empty at the time. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We’ve been here four times in two weeks so I guess you could say we like it. The restaurant is located up the stairs from their door on O’Connell St. and is family-friendly, great for an evening date, work dinner, or takeout orders. My children love the chicken tikka with a side of steamed basmati rice. My favorite dish so far is the mixed vegetable biryani, but everything I’ve had has been good. They bring you poppadom with three sauces to try after you’ve ordered. If the restaurant is busy, be prepared for a long wait, the kitchen seems to be unprepared to handle large volumes of orders. For this reason it may be desirable to go the takeout route or to avoid for business lunches when you might be pressed for time. Other than that I’d recommend it. We’ve never had a problem with the fine service and the food is dee-lish.
