They have had my laptop in for repair for 16 days now and counting. They keep telling me they’ll ring the next day and then don’t. Or telling me they’re working on it right now, then when I go in nothing has been done. They didn’t know what flux was and tried to persuade me that the orange screen that flux causes was a problem with the gpu. They were a little speechless when I turned flux off for them and found the screen was fine.
So, not impressed at all. They keep babbling excuses that make no sense. Don’t go here!
