Another little gem of a spot in the centre of Sandyford Industrial Estate. They have a really nice menu with plenty of options from toasties, wraps, melts salads etc. I tried the new Chicken Cesar Wrap the other day, I’m not normal a CCW kinda guy but I saw it being put together while I was trying to decide what to have and thought it looked good! I was right! really really nice. I’ve yet to try the coffee!!!(will update review when I do.) The pricing is just about bang on here too. Value for money I would say.

It’s a nice spot in my eyes to meet up for a coffee, sandwich, muffin… I’ve been a few times now and it’s friendly atmosphere, good coffee and nice food(never tried their sandwiches). Just not something extraordinary — but that is not always necessary anyhow.

This place is a tad expensive for what you are getting I think. I’ve never eaten in, I’ve always gotten my food to go, which is the cheaper option, and I still think it is expensive. Lovely food, and the staff here are nice too, I just feel the value is not there.

Munchies! Love it, for the food not the coffee though. That’s just plain coffee, but my my what lovely and strange sandwiches you can make up in there, my fav is the chicken sizzler with jalapeños !! Yummy yum. And they deliver to the work place, we have done it twice but as a treat as it can be a little expensive for every day. The staff are lovely but can be a bit mean with portions, however I have been to the one on Baggot and they are awesome but either way the food is good in both places and I highly recommend it, especially if you work in the surrounding area

The Beacon South Quarter and SJRQ Munchies branches are my favourite, all the others seem a bit higgildy piggildy! Sandyford team are a nice bunch and remember their regulars. Try Henry’s Heaven(add in crispy bacon) for the perfect morning — after cure!

I have a new love… well, not new but I have definitely renewed and old acquaintanceship and it has blossomed into something more, something beautiful, something which has become a very necessary part of my morning routine. Coffee, more to the point, Munchies coffee, all black and hot and fragrant and sweet and lovely. They do sandwiches and rolls too which my colleagues tell me are damn good, but me?, I’m all about the coffee.

These are definitely the tastiest sandwiches in Sandyford, the choice of fillings and breads is much broader than any other sandwich shop in the industrial estate, i love a good dollop of guacamole on ciabatta and buffalo mozzarella is perfect on a toasted slice of tomato bread. Obviously I like other ingredients included on those sandwiches but the above toppings are hard to find in most sandwich shops in Dublin. This particular branch is always packed with a queue out the door by ten past one so my advice is to get there early! The queue moves quickly if you don’t anyway! The staff are really nice in here too, I admire their memories, people just announce abstract names of sandwiches that only hint at the possible ingredients and they know instantly what goes in between the slices of bread(and what type of bread too!). So, there you go, that’s my run down on munchies Sandyford!
