Great food, and even better staff. Fantastic place for a bite to eat, they have a great range of foods, my particular favourites being the red thai curry and the ursurpassable Zest burger! IMMENSE!

This place has a couple of names for their restaurant and bar, zest bistro for the restaurant and Shannon knights as the pub. It is conveniently located in a mall. We took advantage of the early bird special from 5 – 7 for 17 euro. The appetizer of the goat cheese and pesto on top of crostini was amazing. One of the best things eaten in Ireland. The hamburger was huge and very good. The atmosphere was hip and trendy. I would definitely recommend coming here

Das Shannon-​Knights ist ein typisches Irish-​Pub.
Es war eine der wöchentlichen Anlaufstellen für unsere Mittagspausen und so trafen wir hier, ganz nach Klischee, schon um die Mittagszeit ältere irische Herren, welche das ein oder andere Pint o’ Guiness einverleibt haben.
Die Atmosphäre hier ist absolut locker und neben der netten Einrichtung und der freundlichen Bedienungen gibt es hier auch, typisch irische, Auftritte von indi-​Künstlern, die Solo mit Gitarre oder als Band die Meute mit musikalischen Stücken unterhält.
Für Sportübertragungen kann man sich mit seinen Kumpels hier verabreden und diese auf einem der Flatscreens live via SkyTV verfolgen.
Neben dem Abendlichen Umtrunk ist es hier, wie erwähnt, auch möglich Mittag zu essen.
So bietet es sich auch an hier nach einem hungrig-​machenden Shopping-​Trip im Shannon Town Centre einmal halt zu machen.
