What a great place! Excellent selection of beers on tap-​I had smithwicks & my partner had the new smithwicks blonde which was smooth & full-​bodied. Now to dinner-​wow, 1^st, the portions are huge so come hungry! I had the salmon salad with a generous plate of smoked salmon and shrimp (don’t get it for the shrimp-​not so impressed) but the fish, salads& capers-​perfect & I love this Irish bread that comes with it. my friend had the special-​pan fried sea bass with the biggest side of mashed potatoes you’ve seen-​even in the USA-​deep south where we love our mashed taters! He moaned & groaned & ate every bite w/​o offering a taste so I can only assume it was really good… love the atmosphere, great place! Definitely recommend for food & beers!

Great location, nice pint, but the food was very average.
Fries had to be returned because the were soggy and undercooked, and the plaice was overcooked.
Need to get the basics right!
