I love the Eddie in swords, it’s always really quick and fresh! I also find that you get so much more sauce on your chips (strangely enough). It’s also really clean, I have been coming here for years and I never see it dirty! Keep up the good work staff!!!

Clonakilty black pudding burger… that’s all I had to read to to have my mind made up on what I was ordering here. I am a full blown addict for the stuff and combining it with anything else is always genius in my book. The burger was accompanied with melted cheddar cheese, relish and the oh so secret sauce!!! How titillating haha.
Needless to say, it was excellent and amazing. Cllose to as good as the 5 star places in town like Bunsen, etc but just not quite. The chips we shared were grandish, not near the quality of the burger. To finish and as a treat for being sooooo good, we went for the black and white malt which is another thing that Mr Rocket never fails to get wrong!!!

Was here on Friday night right before closing, so my review is not that accurate.
Great place, wonderful staff. Very understandable and very quick to serve you.

Living the dream. That’s what is written on the back of the fry cook t shirt! They must have dreamt of frying burgers in school. I wanted to be a vet but hey who am I to step on others dreams.
the red and white sofas are reminiscent of the 50’s or what Eddie rockets idea of the 50’s are and nice in a way because you can look into each others eyes and share your food and listen to your own private jukebox. when i went there with my ex we used to test each other on the songs to see who could sing the 50s and 60s songs and would forget there may be someone behind listening!
The girls serving wear 50’s style pink and white pinnies with pantyhose and white shoes and woe betide staff that has a bit of weight because the dresses are just not flattering. I guess they just don’t eat the food!
But nothing can knock how good the milkshakes taste! Served in a big glass with the rest in a big silver pitcher I could sit here for ages and dream!
