We come here for the rugby mainly as it’s handy for my group of friends. The pub always has great viewing of the telly’s and the staff are lovely too. We have eaten here a few times and would recommend it also. Always comes to you super fast, hot and big portions too.

The Morgue(Templeogue inn) is a good quality pub I am in a kind mood, so I have moved up to 4 when I was on a 3.5! The bar(like the Yellow House) was better before they modernised it. The outdoor area is great for a chat and bit of craic. The«old man» bar is actually best and has a fond memory for me for its the place I saw a man in a dress win the Eurovision. Some of the customers are knobs, I’m not sure where they are coming from, but a good spot. Check it out Dublin 6W, Food better upstairs. See next review!

I used to bring my mam here most Sundays for a roast dinner. It’s such a family day, everyone off to the pub for a nice family outing. It is noisy, but in a good way, it has a great vibe. The food is always gorgeous & they do half portions for seniors & kids so its a win win situation. It also has a great history to it, which you can check out on the web. Unfortunately the last time I was here there was one of the staff fighting with a customer which was unpleasant. The customer was rude, but to see a member of staff roaring accross a busy line of customers isn’t very pleasant. On the whole, I love this pub and would recommend it for Sunday lunch.

This pub has the most important ingredient for any pub, good bar staff, friendly and experienced. Drink is reasonably priced, and if you want to read a paper and relax, you will be left alone without interruptions. Food in this pub is excellent, slightly on the high side, but quality is what matters. it is in my top 3 places for a night out. Joe G

Great big pub really popular spot on weekends and most weeknights as well. Lovely big outdoor drinking /eating area. Prices are reasonable, serves a great pint of Guinness and their Bulmers are always icy cold! Lots of regulars here and more of a young crowd on the weekends, but really great friendly ‘up for it’ vibe! Good music playing too. Not a bad pub to start the night off in! Bar menu is a bit highly priced for my liking but is extensive, nachos for € 6 are great, the chicken curry is lovely but for € 14.50 is a lot to ask for, especially cause it is a pub not a restaurant! But tasty none the same.

I have mostly drank here Friday nights or the odd Saturday before heading somewhere else when it closes. Its a nice spot even though im not huge fan of the area for reasons i will not go into haha So anyway back to the pub drink is average price for place in central Dublin still not as bad as town at least. The staff are friendly and are usually quick to serve you even when it does get busy. Inside is big and comfortable which is where u mostly find the local crowd outside has a big smoking area that is heated and has plenty of seats and a tv which is great for sport. I always head here with me mates on a friday night its not a bad place to start your night off as its central close to town and opens late.
