As an American I’m glad to have a place nearby that offers something a bit more substantial than an espresso(and for a reasonable € 2 for a medium-size cup), and it’s a great place to go if you’re short on time. However, if you’re desperate for something Starbucks-comparable in Milan(like me!), 12oz is not the answer. I should also add that there’s a consistently funny taste to the coffee, like a hint of sour milk – not strange enough to stop drinking it, but certainly not my idea of a perfect cup of joe. Maybe it’s due to the suspicious-looking machine it comes out of… They could certainly learn a thing or two from Arnold Coffee or California Bakery(which serves the best American coffee I’ve had in Milan yet), but overall it’s a nice little place with a lot of potential.
