Nothing special. Food unexciting, most desserts bought in, cover charge a whopping 3 euros.

Since the Hilton concierge told us this was the best restaurant for its value in the area, we decided to trust his advice and check this place out… We should’ve Unilocaled the place before taking his advice… The food was expensive and average. I felt like it was on the same level as Olive Garden in the US… I ordered the Cadrega risotto and thought it was just okay. For dessert, I ordered the pear and chocolate tart, since the waiter said it was his favorite. I didn’t really like it much, but maybe it was because of the combination of pear and chocolate, as the manager pointed out. The service was really slow and they seemed to get upset when you didn’t go with their recommendations. They had a special for the night, the lobster pasta, that they kept trying to get us to order. Maybe they were trying to get rid of the lobster or something… As an update to the post, the manager contacted me and apologized and offered to make up for it. That in itself is pretty good customer service, and I’m giving them another star for that. All in all, my experience was that it was average food for an expensive price. Maybe next time I’m in Milan, the experience will be better.

The food was good. However the service was very slow and we felt like we were ignored. Even when we had finished at the staff instead of bringing it to us the staff set the rest of the tables for customers who weren’t even there.

The service was excellent. The waiting staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was really good. I had no complaints. The restaurant is walking distance from the Repubblica train station. I loved the stuffed zucchini flowers and the tiramisu. They even gave us complimentary grappa and limoncello. I would definitely come again when in Milan.

This seems to cater well to tourists and people on business. Everything we tried was fantastic. The risotto was great. At the end of the meal we got free lemoncello. The service is a little slow, but that could just be the culture. They also did not have a couple of appetizers we tried to order, but our second choices were still very good.

If you want something Milanese this is it! We’ve been here 10 days and this place was unique compared to all the tourist places! The spinach pasta with veal and truffle sauce was awesome! Then the Osso bucco isn’t your typical style — it was different but good different :) it was something more home style than fancy! well ppl I love my pork chop but I couldn’t finish it cause it was the size of my freaking head! Ricotta cheese cake and pears with chocolate sauce — yum. It’s around the little circle b4 you hit«china town» the place didn’t get full until 830pm so if you want a peaceful quiet dinner get there at 7pm.

One of the worst Italian restaurants I’ve been to — and it’s in a crappy place that’s not good enough to be a tourist trap. Never listening to that hotel concierge again… Service was not bad, but the food was simply not good at all. I would list the dishes I got but it’s not worth the effort.

This was a lovely little restaurant. The food was very good, that service was excellent and we truly enjoyed it. The prosciutto, melon and buffalo mozzarella was very good, the ossu bucco and saffron risotto excellent and the pasta with zucchini and shrimp was delicious. At the end of the meal our waiter brought us limoncello which was a great ending to our evening.

Great start — yummy Parma ham as a little gift while waiting for my risotto. Very decent house red. Tasty risotto Milanaise followed, all served up with a smile. Downsides? Terrible radio station playing & could have used some oil & vinegar with unremarkable bread. All in al a good spot & very convenient for the central station
