Great experience.
Ho telefonato alle 13:19 per mettere lo Shellac sulle unghie con una fretta pazzesca (lo so, lo so, non è classificabile come una delle urgenze più incredibili della vita…) e la proprietaria mi ha detto «Ho tempo. adesso…poi ho una cliente alle 14.»
Sono volata lì alle 13:28 (il posto è un interno, quindi al 26 c’è.un portone non delle vetrine, quindi guardate le finestre, capite dov’è) e alle 13:56 avevo delle mani perfette! Persona veramente deliziosa, gentile e. brava!
Sono rimasta colpita dalla sua cortesia, velocità e perfezione.
I live in the USA so I am very spoiled in fact of customer service and quality. If you are a foreigner here in Milan, you can find here the Shellac you are used to. They use a different brand but the results are the same. The owner is kind and skilled.
I am not sure she speaks English, but you can find a way to explain what you want — she is very welcoming and I’m sure she’ll understand!
The place is very small and doesn’t show off, but the service, at least the manicure with semi permanent gel, was perfect.
