Not particularly bad, but nothing very good either. Not much of an endorsement it has to be said, so here is the breakdown. .
The good.
— pleasant staff.
— decent breakfast.
— good location for the centre and transport links.
— Nice bathroom.
The bad.
— awful power shower… Power.
— noisy room.
— hot stuffy room and hard to work air con.
— rock hard bed.
Reading back its a bit of a mixed bag. It’s trying to be a fancy top line hotel, but for me does not get enough of the little things right.

We were upgraded when we got there. Free wifi, free use of mini bar, and free breakfast! It was a great looking room! The bathroom was huge. We had a great stay.

I was upgraded to a suite. Wow, what a room, what a space. Free use of mini bar and free wifi. For classic room one had to pay for the internet. Nice looking rooms, great bathroom. Quiet.

Boston, MA
Just went to Milan and stayed at this boutique hotel. I have to say that I was very impressed w the hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is also very closed to duomo!!! I will stay w them again.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Centrale Lage. Dom ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Freundliches hilfsbereites, mehrsprachiges Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Bus und Strassenbahn sind in Hotel-​Nähe.
