Healthy fast-food industry in Italy is still something new, but I expect more businesses to open up in close future, considering the demand. So in this emerging market, Viva is among the first healthy options with a couple of branches around the city. I regularly visit this branch close to Bocconi University, and like the ambient and the style of the store. I am a big fan of panini here, specially the one with bresaola and carciofi. I really like the wheat bread they use for their sandwiches, it is very fresh and tastes really good. I am still not sure if having a panini here is super healthy choice. In fact, last time, my sandwich was quite greasy. I still liked the taste and don’t mind to try it again. More healthier options perhaps include having a salad. If you are into the concept of build-your-own-salad, Viva is the right place. There is quite a good selection of fresh ingredients which you can pick to make your own bowl. And finally… fresh juices are the best part of this place in my opinion. Don’t forget to have one with your food or/and take one to go!
