I could not disagree with the below review more. I sat at this café every day before my classes at The Mediterranean Center for Arts and Sciences. They have delightful coffee, wonderful tramezzino (small sandwiches with no crusts), and great pastries. It is run by two older people who I assume are the owners, and they are very gracious and welcoming to everyone, even us American students who speak very bad Italian. I miss this place every day:)

Cute setting and theoretically a nice place with outdoor seating. However, the day we were there we were ‘served’ by probably the most unfriendly and rude guy behind the bar.
