The staff is 5*****!!
The food is not fresh… it’s pretty horrible, really, just stay away… from freezers, boxes, microwaves, containers, anything you don’t want it to come from. Even the fish is just from frozen, the Parmesan tastes like cheap supermarket plastic white cheese and… this is a beachfront 5 star hotel resort in bloody beautiful Sicily!!! Come on guys… 1*
Décor is strait out of a Chinese remodelling catalog. From bad fake art to plastic fake wooden doors and ugly-​when-​you-​get-​closer-​detailing-​in-​everything. From the fake sculptures to the very badly executed «English style» bar. Even the beach beds are plastic fantastic. Shower fittings, toilet flush, shower heads, golden lamp shades: plastic-​plastic-​plastic-​fantastic 1*
Room service…
€ 25 service charge pp during the day!!!
€ 40 service charge PER PERSON during the evening/​night!!! That is just insane!!! Look… if you know me, you know I’m not difficult with spending money on good service, but I would expect a handjob for my husband to come with this room service if we order in. 1*
Noooooo… Never coming back. Too bad, the location is freakin’ amazing and the staff is awesomely good.
PS getting a massage tomorrow… Will review that too :) (probably great!)
