Whereas prix-fixe dinners start at ¥6,000– and it costs ¥1,000– table charge at dinner time, lunch time is astonishingly affordable. Starting at ¥1,200– for veggie buffet or several kinds of rice bowl which includes bite-size dessert and tea or coffee(illy coffee). I chose veggie buffet which was quite my cup of tea! I know Japanese vegetables are really delicious even if just lightly cooked or just boiled. But still, their vegetables are extremely excellent. They are pretty fresh, juicy, and vibrant. The cooked dishes tend to be Kansai taste which means lightly seasoned though you can taste Umami and it’s not salty at all. Usually I have mix grain rice rather than white rice though their white rice tastes good enough. Also I could taste a delicious flavor of Dashi(it was fish broth) in the miso soup. By and large they use high quality ingredients, I can tell. In spite of the fact, the restaurant was nearly full by office workers, every buffet dish was always full and replenished immediately. The décor is simple with few distractions from the wide view(it’s 27th floor). It might not representative Japanese cuisine though it deserve to visit!

this place is solid and has an amazing view. for ¥1,200 you get a pretty impressive veggie buffet that changes daily(weekly?) including tenpura, salad, grilled veggies, etc. if the veggie bar isn’t your thing, they have a decent menu of fish/meat rice bows.
