I love tonkotsu and I love ramen. Sometimes I venture out of my comfort zone and try some new ramen joint with no tonkotsu. This was miso based and I would have been more forgiving if the ramen was good tasting at least. It was a clean homely legit looking shop, but I just couldnt bring myself to finish my bowl, and that says alot. The presentation is beautiful and it looks good, but to much spices and flavors can only mean that my tongue cant taste a thing. How sad I really wanted to like the place.
