The Maids

Not so sure about the dress for success with this group as any thing looks good in writing. I thought I had a appointment to have my house cleaned but I was told other wise when I called as I was left waiting at my home like a fool. Funny part is I have both Lyn and Corey on voicemails, one confirming address and the other (corey) STATING she had me scheduled for first thing Dec 13 2013 haha.
I have not had any success with any cleaning service since I moved into the Durham area. They may do a great job if they show up or keep the appointment but they will never receive a call from me again. I will give them credit for being apologetic and offering to send a crew later that same day but I was burned once so I won’t be a fool twice. To think such a great professional company that can send a crew later in the day can’t be that good nor busy. My first cleaning company here in Durham I had to book over a month in advance. I turfed them as they did a lousy job last time they were here and owner stated everyone was allowed a off day. If I’m paying — I call the shots! use Lyn and her services at your own discretion.

I love The Maids. I have had them cleaning my home since April of this year. I have never had such thorough, conscientious cleaners in my home. They are always cheerful and professional and get the job done. They have teams where each person concentrates on one area and that is why nothing is ever overlooked. I have watched them vacuum the ceiling (they have backpack vacuums) and clean all my baseboards and wainscoting to perfection. My home is spic and span. Highly recommend them.
