Definitely right down the centreline when it comes to hitting the mark for breakfasts. Good variety, well executed, Wimpy’s breakfasts are hard for me to pass by. The classic 3 eggs, bacon, home fries and toast is my favourite.
Not just the food, but the ambiance is a big part of the charm. With the quaint ’50’s décor, it’s a blast from the past. I don’t know what it is, but I also like the Waffle House in the U.S. for the same reason – it has the appearance of a throwback greasy spoon diner, but I don’t remember the food being this good. How times have changed!

One of my favourite places for a good old fashioned breakfast. Maybe not the healthiest but so good just writing this makes me want to go there tomorrow morning. While not un-​friendly would be good if they recognized regular customers a bit more and were a little more involved in the community.
