High Country Inn

worst hotel for group of friends, ever!!! we’re about to go to sleep and still get complaints of being noisy. that is just so ridiculous. someone knocking in our door while we’re on our sleep. worst. eveeeer. more for old and quiet people. This hotel is i guess made with paper HAHAHAHAHA one simple move and you’ll be reported. HAHAHA OMG WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

We are staying here with our two children aged 4&6. It is a great hotel. Definitely older but the rooms are newly renovated and very nice. It has also been nice and quiet. The pool has been awesome and at a good temperature. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is suitable for it being continental… we have no complaints. This hotel is close to the downtown and should not be over looked.

I actually really like the High Country Inn. It is conveniently located about one block from the start of downtown Banff, and has underground parking that is super convenient. It’s a little tight, but it’s awesome to be able to park underground so that your car isn’t covered in snow for your trip out to the mountains the next day!
There is a great continental breakfast in the morning that includes yogurt, granola, oatmeal, breads, bagels, jams, coffee and tea, and it’s in a nice big open room.
The rooms in the hotel are really nice. They have nice, large beds with comfortable sheets. The rooms look recently renovated, and I like that the bathrooms are in a separate room from the mirror and sink, which is ideal for traveling with multiple people!
Nice pool and two whirl spas. I enjoy staying here for any of my ski weekends :)
