Prices seem great, until you learn (as I did from the sales staff) that most of the items in the store are refurbished.
As far as I could tell, nothing was clearly marked as such. I only discovered it when I asked a cashier why my keyboard did not come with batteries, even though it advertised that it did on the box.
«Factory Direct» is a funny name for this place, considering that most items are apparently refurbished. More like «Factory to Consumer to Warehouse to Consumer Again Direct.»
I went to the location on Bayfield Street in Barrie, and I won’t be returning.
