Easily one of the best sushi in Barrie
It’s very much like spring rolls the chain Asian Resturant in Toronto, it’s more Asian fusion
Menu is superb
Here’s what I had
Kimchi: 3⁄5 had good spice soft … Only thing is it’s a bit bitter for my taste and I like my spicier
Hot and sour soup: 5⁄5 I’d come here for that alone
Beef shu Mai: 3⁄5 pork shu Mai is Always better but these were good nothing special but good
Miso soup: 5⁄5 not to salty and amazing
Vegetarian maki set (cucumber maki, avocado maki, futo maki, egg sushi, shiitake maki): 3⁄5 I don’t eat eggs, futo maki never been a fan of and you cannot make substitutes
spicey mayo: 4⁄5
Green iced tea unsweetened: 5⁄5
Downsides: no all you can eat option
Upsides: friendly staff upscale location
Will try more of menu for sure!
