The sales staff will basically tell you anything to sell you a mattress. My mistake is that I should have researched mattress brands prior to purchase but I got caught up with the salesperson“s spiel. The first mattress I received was defective. It took 6 months to exchange. The second mattress is also problematic and to make matters worse I can’t seem to speak to anyone to get it exchanged. At this point I will keep it for the guest bedroom because there’s no point in trying to exchange it. No one calls me back. My recommendation would be to research first and then see what the stores policy is on returns. For this company they have someone call you back within a six week period to book an appointment to see your mattress. I have been waiting a very long time for this person to call me. I’ve even sent a message through the website still no contact. Terrible customer service.
