Very nice quiet location with excellent sleep quality. Got an upgrade to room with a jet tub. That was very nice. There were manager’s dinner/reception both nights when we stayed. Convenient access from 403/QEW. Well equipped room for an extended stay. Very good amenities including indoor pool and exercise room. Very good hot breakfast to start your day.

My family had to stay here for a very extended amount of time in the summer. There are so many things to say about this hotel. First of all, the staff is mostly nice, but have no idea how to run a hotel. None of them were helpful or understood anything. We asked for help for different(simple) things, and were met with them being even more confused than us. They don’t even know how to work their own washing machines. Totally clueless. There was a questionable, urine/puke stain on our bathroom wall right beside the toilet before we got there. Not exactly sanitary. The«kitchens» that are included in the suites is a joke. The stove has 2 burners, only big enough to cook unhealthy, simple things like kraft dinner or soup. Making anything more elaborate or healthy is a very difficult task. The wifi is another joke. It wouldn’t work at all in the bedroom, only in the living room. and even in the living room, it would cut out countless times every day and make us sign in again constantly. It was also very slow. Asking for help of course got us no where. When we were trying to(finally) check out of the hotel, they extended our time to 1pm, but left the keycards to check out at 12pm, meaning we got locked out of our room in the process of moving things and had to stop and go downstairs to get that resolved. We were also woken up at 9am, in a complete shock when we heard the fire alarms going off. It was definitely a scary way to wake up. We got up to discover a note that was put under the door telling us they were testing the alarms. We didn’t receive the notice until that morning. When we were asleep. We got absolutely no warning the night before. Very unprofessional. Overall, if you need to stay here for a night, you should be okay. But I don’t recommend staying here for any amount of time greater than 2 days. If you do, expect many issues and inconveniences. It was a horrible experience and we will never be staying there(or anywhere with Hilton’s name) ever again.

Very comfortable room… pillows and mattresses combination make for a GREAT nap in the afternoon after a long flight, and a GREAT night of sleep. Breakfast served from 7:30 to 10 am with scrambled eggs, sausages, and delicious waffles, along with the usual dry cereals, coffee tea juice etc. All the staff is very friendly and helpful… will make your waffles for you before you get a chance! Would have given FIVE stars but for the strange, strategically placed Basketball Court in the Courtyard. I can only wonder what in the world existed there that someone decided needed to be replaced and Improved upon with this«Sport Court… Hours 8:00 am to 9:00 pm» ? So all the rooms that face the courtyard can expect their peace, relaxation and sleep to be disrupted by bouncing basketballs, yelling and other noise. The occasional ball thrown way up and bounced off your triple pane third floor window will also make you take notice! Everyone I talked to about this said the same thing…“What were they thinking”? ? Otherwise, this is a nice hotel. Close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, freeway access.
