I was a little disappointed with my massage, but otherwise had a good experience.
The spa itself had really clean and elegant décor with relaxing music playing. There was a nice waiting area where we filled out our forms, and I liked that they offered us water. The massage room was also nice with the same tranquil music playing. I enjoyed my massage and found it really relaxing, however both my boyfriend and I didn’t feel like our needs were listened to. He asked for more focus on his lower back, where he has some issues, and I indicated that I wanted her to go to hard on my back, but neither of us really got what we wanted. My massage therapist did tell me that she tends to go lighter on new patients; however I hoped that since I told her I wanted her to go hard, she would do that.
We each got a card for $ 10 off our next massage there, so I will go back again and hopefully get a deeper massage next time!
