I wanted to order the mini pliko on line but I was kinda worry about ordering it. I saw alot of negative reviews about their online service. Anyway, I finally ordered it. I was very impressed with the service. My ordered took 7 business days for it to arrived! Not bad, since I live in Vancouver, BC. I was so happy that they offered free shipping over 50 dollars!

Their customer service for their online orders is a new level of crap. I placed my order on February 11 and now, 4 weeks later it has not been shipped. Their listed number is invalid and email takes an average of 5 days to get a reply.

Terrible online service. Bought 4 sets of blankets and paid for them. They call me to tell me that they only have 1 set in stock. That is fine, I tell them to just send me the 1 set. They send it to me and I check my paypal to make sure they refunded me for the other blankets and shipping. They do refund the 3 other blankets but not the extra shipping I paid. 2 emails and 2 weeks later, they refund me my shipping partially but not the entire amount. (I remember how much shipping for 1 set would be vs 4). They want to charge me more than what their website quoted for shipping 1 set. A business’s integrity and guaranteed satisfaction is important to me. Let’s just say I won’t be buying anything from this store again in the future. Is this worth the extra $ 2.29 that they are banking in? Ha… I believe no.

We’ve purchase almost everything for our baby here and have found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They always take the time to help you consider all scenarios when you’re new to the world of baby gear as we were/​are!
I’ve also purchased many things from their online store and it was delivered quickly with no hassles (and free shipping!).
I highly recommend this store!

Went here the other day to buy my older daughter the next car seat up, called ahead to make sure they had the model that I wanted with in the right color. Their direct number on the website just puts you straight to a voice mail that tells you to leave a message and they will call back. But if you call their 1800 number it will connect you to a live person in the store.
Upon walking in, it’s a fairly big store focused mainly on the infant/​baby supplies. They have a couple of toys right at the front, lots of cribs and strollers and car seats. Right in front of the cash they have a Thomas the Train table for the kids to play with.
As for the staff I can’t say much to their knowledge level since I called ahead and asked them to put aside the car seat I wanted, I walked in paid and that’s about it.
But I liked the feel of the store, they also have a great website with free shipping where they also have a lot of sales.
